Cupcakes have never looked so fabulous!
Make your Valentine happy with a Fantasy Clock by Richard Birkett. These clever Rube Goldberg-like contraptions amuse, entertain and keep perfect time, too. Birkett’s clocks are built with objects such as vintage slide projectors, music boxes, typewriter parts, old photographs, gears and wheels. Each is an individual statement that will keep on giving throughout the year!
Other romantic choices for your sweetheart include fabulous birdhouses from Asheboro crafter Mike Shinn, silver and beaded jewelry by Paige Innerarity, copper photo albums by Four Paws, evocative paintings by Seung Parker and colorful collage works by Patricia Leight. Or choose a handbag handcrafted from a 33-rpm record. The purses, from Three Sisters workshop, are included in our once-a-year Orange Dot Sale. We also have a wide selection of pottery, housewares, garden art and jewelry marked at 30% off.
While you’re here, don’t forget to pick up some handmade soaps and candles along with a vintage-fabric Peculiar Pet pillow to help you stay warm and cozy through these long winter nights.
Just in time for Christmas, a whole batch of brand new Fantasy Clocks have arrived from the workshop of Richard Birkett in Otego, New York. These clocks, more gizmo than timepiece, take the phrase “bells and whistles” to a whole new level.
You can find more photos of these clocks, as well as the rest of the store, in our Photo Gallery.
Mike Shinn has just brought us more of his lovely Birdhouses of Distinction to help us gear up for the holiday season. These houses are lovingly constructed from reclaimed barn and building parts by hand and look amazing outdoors in use, or on display in the home.
To see more of the birdhouses, and the rest of the store, be sure to check out our Photo Gallery. We can’t keep these on the shelves, so be sure to stop by the store and see our latest selection.
